About Us

Blue Diamond was first created in late 2019 out of a passion for construction and the real estate industry, as well as a desire to bring life back into older and long forgotten buildings. Today, the company has expanded into offering three different services; General Contracting, Project Management, and Project Consultations.

After graduating from Virginia Tech with a BS degree in Construction Engineering and Management, Cindy worked for a large commercial general contractor in Northern Virginia managing the preconstruction (planning, budgeting, scheduling) for large office buildings, data centers, and higher education facilities with budgets often exceeding $100M. 

For the past three years, Cindy has worked in residential real estate managing renovations and property management for  a large iBuyer in Charlotte, NC. She oversaw the buying, selling, and renovating of over 400 homes; with renovation sizes ranging from $5,000 – $90,000. 

Today, she works full time for Blue Diamond optimizing day to day operations and is a licensed General Contractor in North Carolina. In her spare time she enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with her husband Andrew and pup Riley.
